You can upgrade your copy of the software to the latest version at any time.
Any time a new release is ready an email will be sent to you notifying you of the release. You will not receive this notification if you remove yourself from our mailinglist.
How Do I Upgrade?
If your product contains 'Check for Updates' ability, you can check for updates, download and install them from the menu Help -> About.
If your copy does not include the 'Check for Updates' ability (eg: you have a really old version)
then please open a ticket at the helpdesk and request your free update.
Make sure to include your purchase/order information so we can verify your order.
My Upgrade Failed
When installing the upgrade please make sure that you do not have any other copies of the software running at the same time. This is the cause of 99% of the problems during upgrading.
For the other 1% of problems it is usually because your firewall is blocking the connection to the upgrade server.
Please check your firewall settings to ensure it is not blocking any outgoing connections from the software.
