	I Have Lost My License Key
You can find your license key in the Welcome email that was sent to you when you ordered. Alternatively, enter your email address below and your license key will be emailed to you again. eMail Address:

	My License Key Was Not Accepted
To make sure you entered the license key correctly please Copy & Paste it from your welcome email into the registration form. Sometimes it can be difficult to see the difference between lower case letter L (it looks like this 'l') and the number '1'. If you receive an error message from the software please make sure that your firewall is not blocking the software from contacting the registration server. From time to time the server can be under high load and pressing the 'Register' button a second time usually resolves any connection problem provided your firewall is not blocking the connection.

	I Did Not Receive My License Key
Your license key is emailed to the email address YOU entered when filling out the order form. If you are sure you entered the correct email address then it is likely that your Welcome email (that contains your license key) was blocked by a Spam filter somewhere during delivery. Please check your Spam folder for the Welcome email. If you do not find your license key there you can request to have it emailed to you again by filling out the form at the top of this page.
